This is a very clean tasting late-season coffee from Deri Kochowa Town in the Sidama zone of southern Ethiopia. The dry grounds remind us of cinnamon stick and dried lilac. The brewed cup cup is loaded with developed sugar and jasmine floral notes, and we fell in love with the strong essence of lemon and raw honey that come out as the cup finishes. Makes a killer espresso with a deep cinnamon and chocofee (chocolate coffee) flavor.
